Aesthetic medicine is not a standardised service. It is a path made of listening, responsibility and harmony.
In my practice there are no protocols applied off the shelf. Every procedure is designed the way tailoring is, around the proportions of your own face, to bring out what is already natural in it rather than to overturn or standardise it.
I follow every stage of it myself, from the first consultation to the final check, with one aim: to suggest only treatments that are worthwhile, concrete and genuinely useful. If a procedure is not right for your harmony, it is simply not considered.

My main practice is in Mosciano Sant'Angelo, a point of reference for Abruzzo. To keep safety and standards high, I carry out treatments only inside authorised and equipped medical facilities.
I also hold regular consultations in Rome and in Avezzano, at NF Clinic, and I work regularly with aesthetic clinics in Thailand and the Philippines. I speak often at international medical congresses, with a particular presence in Asia.

Hyaluronic acid fillers
Volume where it is needed, with a resorbable product and a dose decided in consultation.
Bio-stimulation
It does not add volume. It prompts the skin to produce collagen, over a course of sessions.
Botulinum
A prescription medicine. This page carries information, not an offer.
No price and no booking: the law does not allow a medicine to be advertised to the public.

Consultation
We look at your face at rest and in movement, talk about what bothers you and check your medical history. It takes about thirty minutes.
Proposal
I tell you what is indicated, what is not, and the full cost before anything starts. If you would rather think it over, that is fine.
Treatment
Carried out by me at the clinic. The length depends on the treatment and I tell you in advance.
Follow-up
One review appointment after treatment, included in the price, to see how the result has settled.
Before and after,
once they are ready.
Dr. Moretti has photographs with patient consent. Before they are published the permitted form has to be agreed with his Medical Council, because result images are subject to specific limits.
